Regenerative care in Miami, done properly

Peptide therapy with a physician in the loop.

Every protocol at TRS is set by a licensed physician and filled by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy. No "research use only" loopholes, no guessing at doses, and a certificate of analysis for every product you receive.

1

Tell us your goals

A short intake covers what you're after, your history, and anything you already take.

2

Physician review

A licensed physician reviews your intake, meets with you, and decides what's appropriate and at what dose.

3

Pharmacy fill

Your prescription is compounded by a licensed U.S. 503A or 503B pharmacy and tested before it ships.

4

Guided aftercare

Injection training, mixing, and follow-ups at our Miami Worldcenter location or remotely.

Compounds we work with

We don't list prices or doses here on purpose. Your physician sets both after your consult, and pricing includes the pharmacy fill, mixing supplies, and shipping. Availability depends on current pharmacy and FDA compounding status, which we track continuously.

Compounds that aren't FDA-approved and can't be lawfully compounded, including retatrutide, are not offered at TRS. If someone is selling them to you, they're selling you a research chemical. For GLP-1s we prescribe the approved medications only; see Medical weight management.

Medical weight management

FDA-approved GLP-1 medications, prescribed by a licensed physician after your consult and filled directly through the manufacturer's pharmacy program. TRS never handles the medication. What we provide is everything around it: the program that makes it work and keeps you safe.

  • Approved medications only

Wegovy, Zepbound, and the newer oral options, prescribed by name. No compounded or "research" versions. Your physician chooses; the manufacturer sets the price, and you pay them directly. Current self-pay pricing runs roughly $149 to $449 a month depending on the medication and dose.

  • The TRS program around it

Monthly physician check-ins, injection or dosing training, body-composition tracking, nutrition and training guidance, and side-effect support by text. One flat monthly program fee, quoted at your consult.

  • Transition and maintenance

Most people don't want to be on medication forever. We plan the taper, the strength work, and the habits that hold the result, with peptide aftercare where your physician thinks it helps.

Whether a GLP-1 is appropriate, which one, and at what dose is a medical decision made at your consult. Results vary. Individual manufacturer programs and prices change; we'll confirm current options when you enroll.

Regenerative tissue therapy

For patients whose physician recommends it, TRS coordinates Wharton's Jelly allograft treatment, a minimally manipulated human tissue product regulated under FDA's 361 HCT/P framework, with a licensed injector and peptide-based aftercare to support recovery.

Joints, tendons, and soft tissue

Commonly applied to knees, hips, shoulders, SI joint, and Achilles under ultrasound or fluoroscopic guidance.

2 to 10 cc per treatment

Your physician determines the volume based on your goals and the areas being treated.

Aftercare included

Post-treatment peptide protocols and follow-ups are built into the plan, not sold as an add-on.

Why TRS is different

  • A physician, not a disclaimer

Online peptide stores rely on a "not for human use" label to avoid responsibility. At TRS a licensed physician owns your protocol, your dose, and your follow-up.

  • Pharmacy-grade, tested, documented

Every product is prepared by a licensed U.S. compounding pharmacy and ships with its certificate of analysis. We show you the paperwork, not a stock photo of a vial.

  • In person in Miami

Injection training, mixing, and check-ins happen at Miami Worldcenter, so you're never left alone with a vial and a YouTube video.

Common questions

Do I need a prescription?

Yes. Every compound at TRS is dispensed by a licensed pharmacy against a prescription written by a licensed physician after your consult. That's the whole point of the model.

Do you offer Wegovy, Zepbound, or the Wegovy pill?

Yes, by prescription. If your physician decides a GLP-1 is right for you, you're prescribed the FDA-approved medication and fill it through the manufacturer's direct program (NovoCare or LillyDirect) or a retail pharmacy. TRS charges a flat monthly program fee for the physician follow-up, training, and support; the medication is paid to the pharmacy. We don't sell compounded or research-grade GLP-1s.

Why don't you publish prices?

Because the right protocol, and therefore the cost, depends on what your physician decides. We'll give you a full quote before anything is ordered, and it includes the pharmacy fill, mixing supplies, and shipping.

How is this different from ordering "research peptides" online?

Research peptides are sold with no prescription, no physician, no sterility standard, and a label that says they aren't for people. FDA has issued dozens of warning letters to those sellers in 2025 and 2026. TRS uses licensed pharmacies and physician oversight instead.

Can I do everything remotely?

Consults can be by video, and pharmacies ship to you. In-person injection training at Miami Worldcenter is recommended for first-time patients but not required.

Do you work with my doctor or clinic?

Yes. If your own provider wants to bring peptide or regenerative care into their practice, point them to our Clinics page. TRS provides the sourcing, protocols, and operations.

What TRS provides

Most practices that want to offer peptides stall on the same three things: where to source lawfully, how to document it, and who runs the day-to-day. We solved those for our own Miami practice first, then packaged them.

  • Lawful sourcing

Relationships with licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies for compounds that can be lawfully compounded, plus a 361 HCT/P Wharton's Jelly allograft program drop-shipped to your clinic. We track FDA compounding status per compound and tell you when it changes.

  • Physician-reviewed protocol library

Branded, patient-facing protocol guides for recovery, body composition, growth hormone support, cognitive, and skin stacks. Written for clinicians, reviewed by our medical advisor, and editable to your prescribing preferences.

  • Compliance paperwork

Intake questionnaires, informed consent templates (including HCT/P consent), ICD-10 coding guidance for allograft procedures, and marketing language that stays inside FDA and state board lines.

  • Staff training

Injector onboarding, reconstitution and mixing, patient injection training, and an aftercare upsell playbook for your clinical staff.

  • Operations and automation

Intake to consult to pharmacy order to follow-up, wired with n8n, SMS and email notifications, and a lightweight CRM. Your staff sees a queue, not a spreadsheet.

  • Patient education

Licensed use of Rewriting the Human Code, our clinician-facing peptide reference, plus patient handouts and an in-clinic explainer so your front desk can answer the first ten questions.

The Physician Playbook

Our engagement starts with a written playbook for your practice, not a product list. It was built for a physiatry clinic owner who wanted more revenue, fewer clinical hours, and a practice worth selling. The framework transfers to any specialty practice; the numbers are rebuilt from your own data.

1

Revenue opportunity analysis

A top-down look at service lines already inside your scope that most practices refer out, priced against real fee schedules and market data.

  • In-office procedures: EMG/NCS, ultrasound-guided injections, trigger point and joint injections
  • Independent medical exams and functional capacity evaluations
  • Durable medical equipment dispensing
  • Specialty add-ons where applicable (for example Spravato or TMS in psychiatry-adjacent practices)
  • Peptide and regenerative protocols as the cash-pay layer on top
2

CEO scale model

How the owner moves from doing every visit to running the practice: RN and PA staffing, delegation map, owner compensation versus hours, and what the practice is worth at each stage.

3

Automation and AI agent architecture

The exact stack we run at TRS: intake, scheduling, prior authorization tracking, order and payment notifications, patient follow-up sequences, and reporting, with a phased rollout so nothing breaks the clinic.

4

Financial impact

The three parts combined into a year-one and year-two model: revenue by service line, staffing cost, owner earnings, weekly clinical hours, and a valuation range at a market multiple. Built with your figures, with assumptions listed so you can argue with them.

The playbook is a working analysis, not a projection we guarantee. Every clinic's payer mix, licensing, and staffing are different, and we say so in the document.

How an engagement runs

A one-time playbook fee, then a flat monthly management-services fee once the program is live. No percentage of your prescriptions or procedures, which keeps the arrangement clean under Florida fee-splitting rules.

Weeks 1 to 2Discovery

Practice data, payer mix, licensing, staff, and goals. NDA first.

Weeks 2 to 4Playbook delivery

Your written playbook with the four parts above and a prioritized roadmap.

Weeks 4 to 8Build

Pharmacy onboarding, consents and intake, staff training, automation phase one.

Week 8+Launch

First patients through the peptide and regenerative pathway with TRS on call.

OngoingOperate

Monthly reporting, compliance updates, new service lines, flat management fee.

Referral partners

Refer people who want this done right.

Trainers, barbers, concierge providers, and wellness professionals refer clients to TRS every week. You get a personal link and we handle the physician consult and pharmacy. Approved partners receive a flat monthly marketing fee that is not tied to any patient, purchase, or protocol.

How it works

  • Your link

Every partner gets a code. Any page on this site with ?ref=YOURCODE remembers the referral on the visitor's device and attaches it to their consult request.

  • We do the medical part

Physician consult, prescription, pharmacy, training, follow-up. You never handle product and never give medical advice. That protects you as much as it protects the patient.

  • A flat fee, not a commission

Florida law doesn't allow paying non-physicians per patient or per sale in healthcare. Active partners are paid a flat monthly marketing fee at fair market value, set in a written agreement. Referral tracking shows us which partnerships are working.

Partners agree not to make treatment claims, quote doses, or sell product directly. If you're used to the "research peptides" side of this industry, this program will feel slower and safer. That's deliberate.
